Our Mission
The mission of AML is “To provide financial solutions to individuals and enterprises competitively and timely”. AML seeks to meet clients’ financial needs as compared to its competitors by providing financial solutions that are demand driven by our clients in competitive pricing and affordable to the clients, based on the capacity to repay. In doing so, AML shall design and communicate various financial solutions, products, and services and compete with other providers of such services commercial banks, other microfinance institutions, etc. Our driving motto is “We fix” all your financial emergencies.
Our Vision
The vision of AML is “to be a Microfinance Institution that Flourishes the Needs of its Clients”. The vision aims to require a strategic partnership with its customers and stakeholders, to offer quality services at competitive rates through well-established values and business/personal undertaking of the client's financial needs. AML intends to set and adopt best practices in financing small businesses and employees and become an institution of choice when one thinks to fulfil their financing needs. AML aims and intends to create an exemplary model of financing MSMEs and provision of personal finance sustainably with our motto Making it easy for you.
Our Values
AML values describe our philosophy on how we relate to and deal with people and work. The values define non-negotiable behaviors and form part of each employee’s performance objectives and reviews which are done semi-annually. These values underpin our vision and mission and they provide us with;
